While we work with reliable carriers, delivery timeframes are outside of our control once the order has been dispatched. If your shipment is delayed, we will gladly assist in contacting the courier for further updates.

Returns Policy

We offer a 5-day return window, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

When folded up, the bed will only take up about40-50 cmof depth from the wall, making it a great space-saving solution for small rooms.
